Professional Scrum Master II Training with Marc Kaufmann
Two Days of Deep Engagement – A Shared Learning Architecture
In May, we had the pleasure of welcoming Marc Kaufmann – an experienced Scrum trainer and agile coach – to our office for an intensive Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) training.
What Distinguished This Format
This was more than a conventional training. In a focused, small-group setting, theoretical depth met practical experience in a format designed for reflective practitioners and leaders.
Case-based work drawn from participants’ real-world contexts, critical dialogue among peers, and practice-oriented facilitation created a space for meaningful exchange and multidimensional insight.
Learning as a Dimension of Leadership
We deliberately opened our office as a space for shared thinking, learning, and development. Marc provided the structural clarity and methodological depth to support this ambition.
For many, the training offered more than professional development—it was an invitation to reframe the role of the Scrum Master as a position of leadership, systemic responsibility, and strategic relevance.
Looking Ahead
We thank Marc for his expertise and contribution to a format that aligns with our understanding of continuous learning: not as an isolated event, but as an integral part of leadership practice and organizational growth.
