This training is aimed at managers, founders, decision-makers and executives who are responsible for people and want to establish a healthy, resilient work culture. Learning to deal with stress, becoming aware of your own inner conflicts and methods for promoting mental health – these are the fundamentals of the training.

The training comprises four modules:

  • Kick-off (4 hours): Assessment, leadership style, self-reflection
  • Offsite Day I (8 hours): Identity, values, resilience, leadership principles
  • Offsite Day II (6 hours): Communication, conflict, resilient leadership
  • Review (2 hours): Reflection, transfer, individual support
  • Individual resilience strategies that strengthen your resilience
  • Tools for healthy leadership that promote psychological safety and motivation
  • Clarity about your values and leadership identity so you can act authentically and effectively
  • Impulses for team culture and communication that reduce stress and improve collaboration in the long term
