Kim Jonas Seufert

Product Transformation Catalyst | Business and Personal Coach (DBVC) | Agile Master and Trainer

I support individuals, teams and organisations through digital transformation, product development and organisational development. As a practitioner, I combine two fascinating perspectives: that of the product manager, who translates strategy into viable products, and that of the coach, who empowers individuals and teams to take action, act autonomously and develop a sense of competence. For over 15 years, I have guided products, teams and organisations through change in the fields of logistics, software development, insurance and public administration – often in a lateral leadership role, without formal authority to issue instructions, but with full responsibility.

My passion lies above all in product development itself: from product strategy through product discovery and consistent customer-centricity to the transition from a project-based to a product-based organisation – a shift that I have helped shape myself in several companies, from the first prototype to an independently managed product organisation. For me, the link between strategy and operational implementation is the real crux of every project – and the key to sustainable success.

As a DBVC-certified business and personal coach, I work with individuals and teams using my own scientific concept, ‘Change: A Growth-Oriented Approach!’ – which is person-centred, systemic and solution-focused. Coachees and clients remain the experts on their own lives; I support them in taking their next step.
